Ive had several poor experiences with Wood Powersports Springdales Service Department. After spending over $1400 and a month and a half the issues for my Polaris Ranger are still not fixed. On three occasions, they said the unit was ready to go and in two of those I arrived to find essential parts laying on the floorboard in the elements and not put back on the unit, so I was unable to take the unit home. Even though they said they would take care of it and have it delivered to my house, they did not deliver on either promise. Additionally after not hearing back from the initial visit I followed up to find out they had completed the diagnostics and had not reached out to understand next steps. Finally after thinking the unit had been fixed, I took the unit out to find out nothing had been fixed and I had to bring it back it where they charged me initial diagnostic charges for reason I told them what I thought the issue was. I am not sure if it is a new employee issue or an organizational issue, but with several misses I would have to think there is a systemic issue. If you are on the fence on having your UTV/ATV serviced by Wood Powersports Springdale, either do the service yourself or take it to another dealer that knows that they are doing.
